In India, we offer free delivery for all orders. We aim to deliver your orders within our "7-Day Shipping Promise," ensuring your items reach you within a week.

• International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs taxes and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for damaged products or sizing issues within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, contact our customer support team. Note that we do not provide refunds; exchanges are our sole remedy for returns.

6. Intellectual Property

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and House of Seven regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and House of Seven.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and House of Seven's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

House of Seven may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

17. Force Majeure

House of Seven shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond House of Seven's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Service ("Feedback"). 19. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration following the rules of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA), and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, India unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
